Anyone using the catering facilities at this hall must make sure that they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995.
A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 1 December 2005 and annually there after on the anniversary of this date.
A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 25 October 2005 and annually there after on the anniversary of this date.
A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 25 October 2005 and annually there after on the anniversary of this date.
All security type fastenings such as padlocks and chains, which are fixed to FIRE EXIT doors are to be completely removed from the doors at all times the premises are is use and under Licence.
The Standard Conditions for Public Entertainment licensed by Maidstone Borough Council apply. A copy of these conditions is attached as Annexe 6.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
There must be a provision for ample parking spaces for those using or visiting the Premises, when it is in use or open to the public.
The DPS, chairman or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
Public Safety:
All Fire Fighting equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times.
All fire safety signs must be adequately illuminated.
Any beverages supplied to the public or club members and guests, shall be supplied only in plastic containers or containersconstructed from toughened/shatterproof glass.
The manager, DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly, violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Public Nuisance:
All persons hiring the hall or its facilities shall be made aware of the Parish Council policies which relate to the four licensing objectives and comply with best practice when serving alcohol.
An adequate number of waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided in positions agreed with the licensing authority and it shall be the responsibility of the licensee to empty and dispose of the collected refuse at a frequency to be agreed with the licensing authority.

The Supply of Alcohol The supply of alcohol shall cease at least 30 mins prior to closure of the premises in order to create a ?wind down? period before patrons leave the premises.
Protection of Children from Harm:
All persons involved in the supervision of children must be subject to the relevant background checks. Records shall be retained and shall be made available to the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or other relevant authority upon request.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
