Licence conditions (28)

That the CCTV cameras located at the premises shall be kept fully maintained and working at all times that the premises are in operation under the licence, and a video library shall be kept of the recordings for 31 days.
Signs shall be displayed throughout the premises indicating the Club's zero tolerance policy on drugs and under age drinking.
Members and guests shall be prohibited from the use of the premises gardens after 21:30 hours.
Prominent clear and legible signs shall be displayed at the exit doors of the premises and in the car park area asking members to leave quietly with consideration to local residents.
Children under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to the premises on occasions when adult entertainment is provided and at all other times will only be allowed access if accompanied by an adult.
Gaming machines shall be located in the 'adult bar' to which no person under 18 years of age shall be allowed entry.
On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the boundary of the club premises;
The premises will close 30 minutes after the latest hour permitted for the supply of alcohol.
For the purpose of paragraph 18(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this club premises certificate is subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours authorised under this club premises certificate, however this restriction does not prohibit:
The supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing; and
During the first twenty minutes after authorised hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
ii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
iii) No child shall be employed:
So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
To do any work other than light work;
Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
For more than two hours on any Sunday;
Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday;
For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty-five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school; or
For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment.
iv) a) Where there is provided in any building an entertainment for children, or an entertainment at which the majority of the persons attending are children, then, if the number of children attending the entertainment exceeds one hundred, it shall be the duty of the person providing the entertainment to station and keep stationed wherever necessary a sufficient number of adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties, to prevent more children or other persons being admitted to the building, or to any part thereof, than the building or part can properly accommodate, and to control the movement of the children and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or any part thereof, and to take all other reasonable precautions for the safety of the children; and
Where the occupier of a building permits, for hire or reward, the building to be used for the purpose of an entertainment, he shall take all reasonable steps to secure the observance of the provisions of this section.
No person under the age of sixteen years, and no child aged sixteen years, shall take part in any performance to which section 37(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 applies, and in which his life or limbs are endangered.
vi) No child under the age of twelve years shall be trained to take part in performances of a dangerous nature, and no child who has attained that age shall be trained to take part in such performances except under and in accordance with the terms of a licence granted and in force under section 24 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933.
