CCTV will be in operation throughout trading hours. Recorded material will be kept for one month and will be made available for inspection if requested by a police officer or authorised officer of the Local Authority.
All staff will receive relevant training and endorse the Challenge 25 scheme in order to prevent any underage sales of alcohol taking place.
Challenge 25 will be adopted in store and posters publicising this will be displayed on the shop floor.
Only photo driving licence, passport or ID card bearing the PASS logo (or any other card introduced by National Government) is accepted as proof of age.
A refusals log will be used to record all sales of alcohol refused.
