- CCTV will be in operation throughout trading hours. Recorded material will be kept for one month and will be made available for inspection if requested by a police officer or authorised officer of the Local Authority.
- All staff will receive relevant training and endorse the Challenge 25 scheme in order to prevent any underage sales of alcohol taking place.
- Challenge 25 will be adopted in store and posters publicising this will be displayed on the shop floor.
- Only photo driving licence, passport or ID card bearing the PASS logo (or any other card introduced by National Government) is accepted as proof of age.
- A refusals log will be used to record all sales of alcohol refused.
