Coloured, high quality CCTV cameras operating in the entrance of the premises whose recordings will be available for (at least 31 days of recording) to the police at any time.
An incident log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to the Police, which will record crimes, complaints and any other type of incidents.
Signs will be displayed at the door requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly.
Deliveries to the premises shall only be made during normal working hours.
Rubbish from the premises shall be securely stored in a bin in a designated area.
Any refuse, recycling and bottles generated by the business are not removed from the restaurant building to external storage receptacles between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00, seven days a week.
The staff of the business is to fully comply with "Challenge 25" scheme to make sure no alcohol sold to any underage person. The practice includes asking for appropriate photographic identification. This must be either a passport, photographic driving license or an identity card with the P.A.S.S logo (Proof of Age Standards Scheme).
