Licence conditions (13)

Cylinders and other potentially hazardous materials to be removed from the workshop area before any licensable event.
Sliding and roller type doors that are to be used as fire exits must be secured in the open position before ant licensable event.
Adequate signage and lighting must be provided before any licensable event.
No building may be used for a licensable event unless an adequate exit/entrance is provided within 18 metres of the interior.
A fire risk assessment is made and submetted to the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service for comment.
The occupancy of the main barn is not to exceed 450.
Prevention of Crime and DisorderA personal licence holder must be at or within 5 minutes travelling of a licensable activity where alcohol is being or intended to be sold within the meaning of the Act.
Music is to be turned down and the lighting turned up half an hour before the close.
The "Challenge 21" rule is to be adopted which requires any person who appears to be under 21to be refused alcohol until they have proved that they are 18 years or older.
CCTV to be employed at the entrance and exit.
2 door supervisors to be in attendance at the annual 'Band in the Barn" barbeque (see mandatory conditions).
Consideration to be given to using toughened glasses for the supply of drinks.
Any event of a similar nature to 5 above to be notified in writing to the police and local authority at least 7 days before the event. The police to be granted an absolute right to veto any such event by giving notice in writing.
