The system will record at all times when the premises are open for licensable activities.
It will produce good quality evidential recordings which can be downloaded from the hard drive and viewable in a Windows format.
The system will be maintained in good working order, images shall be made available upon reasonable request from an authorised officer of a responsible authority.
Images are to be kept for 31 days.
No promotional stacks of alcohol to be stored on the shop floor.
Spirits will be located behind the counter.
Staff will be trained with regard to their responsibility in the retail sale of alcohol and Challenge 25.
Such training shall be provided not less than every three months and written records shall be kept of all training and refresher training that are signed off and dated by the member of staff who has received that training.
All training records will be kept on site and made available for inspection by Hampshire Constabulary and any responsible authority on request and will be kept for a minimum period of 12 months.
Training shall also include recognizing the signs and symptoms of drunk persons and the refusal of sale due to intoxication.
A refusals book will be operated and maintained and this shall involve, but is not limited to, nominating in writing a responsible person to check and sign it on a weekly basis and will be produced to a relevant officer of the Police or other relevant officers of a responsible authority upon request.
A Challenge 25 policy will be operated at the premises, acceptable forms of identification are a passport, photocard driving licence and PASS accredited identification card.
Challenge 25 posters shall be displayed in prominent positions at the premises.
