Licence conditions (19)

All sales of alcohol will be made or authorised by a personal licence holder.
All counter staff will receive appropriate training.
The licence holder will work with local Police to upload the licensing objectives.
Recordable CCTV to be a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required.
As a minimum, any copies burned off for Police must be capable of being played on any Windows based system without the need for further software and without the need for any enhancement.
This system must be maintained and kept in good working order at all times.
All incidents of a criminal nature must be reported to the Police and an incident log must be kept with a copy from the CCTV on record for any Police action in identifying the offenders.
All staff selling alcohol to effectively read English and be able to implement the challenge 21 policy and understand what it means.
A refusal book to be kept, monitored and signed weekly by the DPS/Duty Manager.
Refresher training to be taken every six months by all staff and training books signed to state that they understand the obligations of training.
Notices for challenge 21 prominently displayed and other deterrent signage visible in store.
Alcohol to be kept in locked storage overnight.
Alcohol will primarily be served with food.
Depending on the assessment of risk by the premises supervisor, for some functions only plastic glasses and bottles will be used.

The sound levels through the playing of recorded music will be monitored to ensure that they are not a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
