Licence conditions (20)

All members of the Mote Cricket Club and Maidstone Football Club shall be made aware of the licensing objectives, and members failing to promote these objectives will be subject to disciplinary action as appropriate.
Staff shall be trained in relation to the Licensing Act 2003 and their responsibilities and duties to meet the licensing objectives.
Adequate stewarding and supervision shall be supplied at all events where large audiences are expected to attend.
An outside bar shall only be used when an "All Day" tournament is taking place. That is to be on no more than 10 occasions in any calendar year.
On occasions of special events, such as an "All Day" tournament, there shall be adequate staff/stewards available to ensure safety of patrons.
Only plastic glasses to be used during outside events or during any events where there is an outside bar.
Children must be adequately supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are, or are suspected of being intoxicated.
The DPS/Manager or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly, violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Public Safety
The DPS, Premises Licence Holder, Bar manager or other responsible person, shall ensure that RFU and ESB regulations in respect of proximity to playing areas that alcohol can be served and drunk, are applied at all times.
Health and Safety Risk Assessments shall be carried out regularly and a copy retained for inspection, upon request, by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
All Fire Fighting and safety equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times. Prevention of Public Nuisance
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits, including outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
There must be a provision for ample "off road" parking spaces for those using or visiting the Premises, when it is in use or open to the public.
All outside areas are to be cleared of waste or litter regularly and it shall be disposed of in suitable waste containers. Protection of Children from Harm
All employees shall be given appropriate instruction, training and supervision and must be familiar with all current operational policies with regard to the protection of children from harm.
Children or persons under 18 years of age are not permitted in the bar area unless supervised by an adult at all times.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall be requested to, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:- "New type" driving licence with photograph Valid UK Passport Official identity card issued by HM armed forces. It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted during "Gentlemen's Evenings" or where adult entertainment is taking place.
All Junior and Youth Team Coaching staff must be subject to the relevant background checks and criminal record checks.
