  1. The alcohol for sale will be kept under the café counter in a refrigerated lockable cabinet to be accessed by staff only. The public will be aware that alcohol is available for purchase through posters and other literature.
  2. Designated driver posters to be displayed on site as part of the drink aware campaign.
  3. Staff at the premises will ensure that anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to buy alcohol will be asked to provide adequate and accepted proof of age. Proof of age would include:-
  4. ?New type? driving licence with photograph.
  5. Valid UK passport.
  6. All CCTV images will be stored on hard drive for a minimum period of 31 days and will be made available to the Police or authorized licensing officer from the Council on request.
  7. No alcohol to be kept displayed in "open" cabinets or shelving units to prevent self selection of alcoholic beverages by customers.
  8. Challenge 21 Policy to be adopted by premises and strictly adhered to by all staff.
  9. All alcohol purchases will be authorised through the till by the duty team leader on site.
