- The premises will apply a standard of operation developed by the operator nationally which will ensure compliance with all four licensing objectives.
- The style of operation at these premises is designed to minimise crime and disorder. This will be achieved by the use of CCTV with the retention of images for 28 days.
- The premises will operate a Challenge 25 policy and proof of age will be required.
- All staff undergo training on licensing laws together with social impact of the sale of alcohol.
- The premises will comply with current legal requirements for Fire ·& Safety and Health ·& Safety including periodic risk assessments.
- The premises will be licensed for the consumption of alcohol off the premises only.
- There will be no form of entertainment on the premises or the outside areas.
- The premises will operate within the required litter/refuse regulations adopted by the local council.
