CCTV shall be installed and maintained in good working order. Recorded images will be kept for a minimum of 31 days and shall be made available upon request to any Police officer of Local Authority Licensing Officer.
Cameras shall be sited so that all public areas, including entry and exit points are covered. The Premises Licence holder shall liaise with the Police and any other responsible authority regarding the siting and positioning of CCTV cameras to ensure adequate coverage of these areas is provided.
All glasses shall be made from industry standard toughened glass.
Glasses and any other open vessel shall not be removed from the premises.
The Premises Licence holder/manager or other responsible person shall take relevant steps to ensure noise or vibration does not emanate from the building and cause nuisance to those living in adjoining or nearby premises.
Signage will be displayed asking for customers to respect the amenity of local residents and leave the premsies quietly.
There shall be a 'Challenge 21' policy in place where any person, attempting to purchase alcohol, who appears to be under the age of 21 years is requested to provide photographic identification to prove their age.
