Licence conditions (24)

Warning OC17: The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
OC6: On occasions of special events where audience members exceed normal limits, there shall be adequate staff/stewards available to ensure safety of patrons. The number of staff/stewards shall be near to or equivalent to:- One member of staff per one hundred persons or part thereof.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
D2H5.1: CCTV must be installed in and around the location of the premises with particular attention as to the siting of cameras covering all entrances and exits, public areas, areas where the public, club members and guests may congregate to gain entry or leave the premises and all other areas where the public, club members and guests may have access.
D2H5.2: A sign or written notice shall be displayed in all public areas informing those persons at the premises or entering or leaving the premises that they will be subject to recording by means of CCTV or other recording device.
D2H5.3: All CCTV cameras and recording equipment, including video tapes, shall be well maintained, kept in good working order and be subject to regular testing and inspection.
D2H5.4: Where CCTV has not been installed, or there are specific requirements for further CCTV coverage in or around the premises, guidance must be sought from the Chief Officer of Police, officers or other representatives of, the Police Authority.
D2H5.5: Any recording made (during the hours open to the public) via the use of CCTV or other recording equipment, must be of a continuous nature and shall be retained and stored securely for a six month period. All recordings, howsoever made, must be stored securely for six months, the first day of storage being the last date of the continuous recording. Each video tape/recording material shall be labelled with the following;
(i) The date(s) of the recording period(s).
(ii) The time(s) the recording period(s) began and concluded including any breaks in the recording of the video tape/recording material. Where breaks in recording occur, allreasons for the said breaks..
(iii) The name(s) and position(s) of all persons entering the above information, illustrating the date(s) and recording period(s) each person is responsible for .
(iv) Where a ?working video tape? anda ?copy video tape? is made from a master video tapematerial, each ?working video tape? and?copy video tape? must be labelled with information concerning alldate(s) and time(s) copying took place, the name(s) and position(s) of all persons which made the ?working video tape? andthe ?copy video tape? and the reasons copies were made.
(v) The location of all master video tapes/recordings materials and copies. Footnote: all video tapes/recording material shall be accessible at all times to members of the Police Authority, Licensing Authority, or other Responsible Authorities.
(vi) Sign: All video tapes/recording materials shall be kept in a safe and secure location and should not be accessible to members of the public or any other unauthorised persons.
(vii) Warning Sign: All video tapes/recordings materials must be kept for a minimum of six months All video tapes/recording materials recordings must be stored securely for a minimum period of six months, the first day of storage being the last date of the continuous recording. All video tapes/recording materials shall be stored in accordance with subsection (vi) above.
D2H4.2: Any beverages supplied to the public or club members and guests, shall be supplied only in plastic containers or containersconstructed from toughened/shatterproof glass.
Public Safety:-
OC38: Any beverage supplied to a child or young person shall be supplied in a plastic container or glass.

Permitted Hours Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition, permitted hours means: a. On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Year?s Eve, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. b. On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Year?s Eve, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m. c. On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m. d. On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. e. On New Year?s Eve, except on a Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. f. On New Year?s Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m g. On New Year?s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year?s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). The above restrictions do not prohibit: (a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises; (b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; (c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals; (d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises; (e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; (f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; (g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty?s naval, military or air forces; (h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or (i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of
(1) Subject to the following paragraphs, the permitted hours on weekdays shall extend until two o?clock in the morning following, except that? (a) the permitted hours shall end at midnight on any day on which music and dancing is not (or, in the case of casino premises, gaming facilities are not) provided after midnight; and (b) on any day that music and dancing end (or, in the case of casino premises, gaming ends) between midnight and two o?clock in the morning, the permitted hours shall end when the music and dancing end or, as the case may be, when the gaming ends;
(2) In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, paragraph (1) of this condition shall have effect? (a) with the substitution of references to three o?clock in the morning for references to two o?clock in the morning.
(3) Except as provided in (4) below, the permitted hours on Sundays shall extend until thirty minutes past midnight in the morning following, except that? (a) the permitted hours shall end at midnight on any Sunday on which music and dancing is not (or, in the case of casino premises, gaming facilities are not) provided after midnight; (b) where music and dancing end (or, in the case of casino premises, gaming ends) between midnight on any Sunday and thirty minutes past midnight, the permitted hours on that Sunday shall end when the music and dancing end or, as the case may be, when the gaming ends.
(4) On Sundays immediately before bank holidays other than Easter Sunday, the permitted hours
