Licence conditions (13)

All music shall be indoors only.
The licence holder shall ensure that the premises are responsibly supervised at all times to ensure promotion of the licensing objectives.
The license holder and staff shall at all times be aware of their responsibility to prevent crime and disorder on the premises and demonstrate a responsible attitude to marketing and the sale of alcohol.
Safety appliances and systems shall be regularly tested and re-certified.
Signs shall be displayed requesting customers to depart the premises quietly.
Children under the age of 16 years shall only be permitted on the premises if accompanied by an adult.
No children permitted on the premises after 21:00.
AWP machines shall be situated so as to be properly supervised by staff.
Persons under the age of 18 years shall not be permitted to play AWP machines.
The volume of music or sound shall be controlled so that no noise is discernible within noise sensitive dwellings at any time.
CCTV shall be in operation, properly maintained and tapes kept for 30 days.
The volume of music shall be controlled to a suitable level by closing windows and inside doors after 21:00.
Only an accredited proof of age card or photograph drivers licence or passport shall be acceptable of proof of age.
