Licence conditions (26)
  1. All adult entertainment to be by ticket only entry and for over 18's only.
  2. No children are permitted to sit at the bar
  3. Children shall not be allowed at the bar after 21.00
  4. Children under the age of 9 years old will not be permitted in the Club house after 2100 on band and special function nights
  5. Children under the age of 12 years old will not be permitted in the clubhouse after 2200 on Special function nights. The exception will be if the children are guests at a private party.
  6. Children under 12 years of age will not be served at the bar after 2100.
  7. Children are welcome to attend the club(except on some specified social occasions) but they must be accompanied by an adult member of the club.
  8. Parents/carers are reminded it is their responsibility to ensure their children are supervised and behave at all times, both inside the pavilion and in outdoor areas.
  9. The elected Committee and employees of HSSA reserve the right to refuse entry to children if they feel their safety may be at risk.
  10. A sound level meter shall be in operation for functions and the noise level shall not exceed 60 dBA.
  11. HSSA monitor and log noise levels in accordance with PCP code of practice during all live performances and pre-recorded music.
  12. Noise monitoring will be carried out to ensure compliance with the Code of Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts; The results of the noise monitoring shall be provided to Environmental Health
  13. Strong Management controls and effective training of staff in No selling of alcohol to underage people and Challenge 25 protocol, how to deal with drunk and disorderly behaviour on Premises, Vigilance in preventing sale or use of drugs on Premises, zero tolerance of Drunk and Violent behaviour, how to ensure child safety at all times. These Staff training records will be made available on request to the responsible authorities.
  14. Clear Challenge 25 information will be on display in poster form clearly showing required photographic ID required if challenged.
  15. Quarterly staff meetings will take place to ensure club objectives of the Association are being carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner.
  16. CCTV will be in operation and recording 24 hours in all internal public areas, the patio, garden and car park areas. This will be Home Office approved with storage up to 31 days and will be supplied on request to Police and Responsible Authorities
  17. Signage is displayed clearly reminding members and guests to respect neighbours when leaving the Premises.
  18. Staff and Security are trained in asking customers to leave the Premises in an orderly and respectful manner
  19. No glass vessels to be supplied for off sales unless sealed
  20. An incident report book is kept behind the bar to log any incidents that occur including refusal of service. It will also log whether Premises Licence or Club Certificate is operating on the day This will be checked on a weekly basis by the Club Secretary & DPS.
  21. For Events that are held with an attendance of over 250 persons approved SIA security personnel will be employed,
  22. A minimum of 2 SIA Security personnel are employed for Events of over 250 persons, with numbers increasing as per recommendations by the contractor and/or the Police.
  23. There is an externally monitored Fire Alarm in operation and clear legible signage in place showing Emergency Exits.
  24. Areas involving regulated entertainment are situated away from neighbouring properties and music speakers are directed away from neighbouring properties on to open land.
  25. All neighbouring properties are notified by hand delivered letter of largescale Events (over 250 persons) in advance, with contact details enclosed for any queries either before or during the Event.
  26. Staff and / or committee member to monitor outside areas at closing times to ensure customers are leaving quietly. Staff to take reasonable steps to ensure customers have vacated car park area before locking up Pavilion. If the area is clear of customers before the alarm is set, then there will be a infinitely timed log of when the area is clear of customers If a complaint is received it will be answered within 48 hours and investigated in a timely manner..
