Licence conditions (17)

years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
Where a Club Premises Certificate authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: the supply must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises, any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container, any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
General Conditions
A responsible person will be on site at all times the Cub premises is open, this will be either one of the owners or a trusted member of the Deben Bar committee.
The premises shall be kept clean and will be well maintained. Crime and Disorder
There shall be CCTV inside and outside the premises. Images will be stored for a minimum of 28 days. When necessary and upon request images shall be made available to the police and an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority.
There shall be locks on significant doors to prevent access to alcohol by unauthorised persons. Public Safety
Records will be kept of regular fire equipment maintenance.
All escape routes shall be kept clear at all times.
There shall be a practised fire evacuation procedure which shall be tested regularly.
Lighting will be provided for the safety of persons using the premises. Prevention of Public Nuisance
Customer behaviour and noise levels will be monitored by a responsible person of the Club. Any concerning behaviour will be addressed and stopped at an early stage.
The club shall maintain a positive approach to maintaining the peace and tranquility of the area.
Club membership will be responsibly managed. Protection of Children from Harm
In areas where and when alcohol is being served a strict over 18's rule will be applied.
Notices will be displayed in alcohol licensed areas stating that children under the age of 18 years will not be permitted when alcohol is being served.
Alcohol will be stored in such a way that a shutter can be pulled down to hide and secure all alcohol when the licensed area is being used by a group involving under 18 year olds.
