  1. All staff will be trained on the importance and methods of ensuring that the premises operates a proof of age policy that has been approved by the police. All staff will enforce this policy.
  2. Clear signage is displayed prominently detailing legal age limits, fire safety procedures and childrens hours
  3. CCTV will be installed and maintained in working order in all areas of the bistro with recordings available to the Police.
  4. The capacity limit will be controlled to prevent overcrowding.
  5. All drinks promotions shall be devised and controlled by DPS.
  6. Disabled toilets, ramp and parking facilities are provided.
  7. Fire safety checks and tests will be regularly practised and a full fire safety Risk Assessment carried out for the premises.
  8. Appropriate and adequate First Aid equipment and materials available on site.
  9. Disposal of empty bottles into waste receptacles outside of premises will not be permitted between 23:00 and 07:00 hours to minimise disturbance .
  10. All ventilation and extraction systems are designed and maintained to prevent noxious smells that may cause a nuisance.
