Licence conditions (24)

Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
The manager/DPS, chairman or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a :-
?New type? driving licence with photograph.
Valid UK Passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
Public Safety:-
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
All exit doors must be checked regularly and these checks shall be recorded in the premises exit door register (or any other similar document), to ensure that such doors function satisfactorily. Allfaults found, as a result of the aforementioned checks, must be rectified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Public Nuisance:-
All regulated entertainment must end at least 60 minutes before the cessation of alcohol sales.
Noise checks must be carried out during performances of amplified music regulated entertainment to ensure that excessive noise is controlled.
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
All outside areas are to be cleared of waste or litter regularly and disposed of in suitable waste containers.
No drinks or beverages of any kind shall be taken off the premises, unless they form an off sale. Any beverages taken off the premises must only be supplied in a closed container.
All music activities shall be indoors only.
