The manager, DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly, violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times
The DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises shall liaise and comply with the Local Police Authority regarding their drugs policy, and will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method, at all times.
The DPS, manager or other responsible person will ensure that the premises will become a member of 'Pubwatch' or any other similar group if established.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a :-
Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
'New type' driving licence with photograph.
Valid UK Passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety.

In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
The agreed closure times for standard extended times shall be 01:00 hours. The times applicable are:-
Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, May Bank Holiday Saturday, May Bank Holiday Sunday, May Bank Holiday Monday, August Bank Holiday Saturday, August Bank Holiday Sunday and August Bank Holiday Monday.
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve shall have closure times of 03:00 hours
Alcohol Sales shall cease at least 30 minutes prior to the closure of the premises to provide a 'Chill Out' period.
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
No persons under the age of 18 years, shall be permitted to remain on the premises after 21.00 hours, unless they are the child of the DPS, are residing at the premises or passing through the premises to gain access to a place of accommodation.
