The Licensee will ensure that the Police are notified of the event and any advice given will be acted upon.
Where alcohol is provided by way of a Temporary Event Notice, the Licensee will ensure that plastic glasses are used for the consumption of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that the Fire Authority is notified of events and any advice given will be acted upon.
The Licensee will ensure that first aid support is provided by St John Ambulance Brigade at the event.
The Licensee will ensure that Public Liability insurance cover is in place. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that litter bins are provided and the site is cleared after the event. Protection of children from harm
The Licensee will ensure that the arena (ring) is cordoned off and the public are advised during the entertainment to keep their children outside of the arena
