Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure staff are trained so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives, in particular:  no selling of alcohol to underage people  no drunk and disorderly behaviour on the premises  vigilance in preventing the use and sale of illegal drugs at the retail area  no violent and anti-social behaviour  no harm to children Crime and Disorder
All staff shall receive training on the Licensing Act 2003 regarding the responsible sale of alcohol.
Training records will be kept and will be supplied to an authorised police officer or local authority officer upon request.
CCTV shall be installed and maintained. Recordings will be stored for 72 hours.
'Challenge 25' will be implemented.
A refusals register will be kept and maintained Public Safety
Empty bottles and glasses will be removed regularly.
Staff will trained to safely evacuate the premises in case of emergency.
A supply of first aid equipment will be kept and maintained.
All fittings and apparatus, door fastenings, notices, lighting, heating, electrical, air conditioning, sanitary accommodation and other installations will be maintained at all times in good work order and safe condition. Prevention of Public Nuisance
Adequate refuse bins will be provided.
Rowdy individuals will not be tolerated within the premises. Protection of children from harm
