The Licence Holder shall only employ Door Supervisors and Security Attendants registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and must ensure that all Door Supervisors and Security Attendants at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the SIA.

This licence is subject to such further Standard Conditions applicable to Public Entertainment Licences issued within the Borough of Sefton, last amended on 15/11/04, a full set of which are available through the Sefton Council website
No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to: a) A member of the said club who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least 2 days before admission b) A bona fide guest of such a member c) Persons whose admission to the club is provided for under the rules (visiting teams etc) d) Persons attending pre arranged functions in the concert room booked at least 48 hours in advance e) Any employee of the club No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person There shall be rules of the club for the election of members A list of names and addresses of all members of the club shall be kept on the premises and produced for inspection by a constable The maximum occupancy of the premises shall be in accordance with the latest report by the Chief Fire Officer The premises shall be furnished with a recording Closed Circuit Television System which is to kept and maintained operational while the premises are open
