- This message will ensure that the points raised in the four licensing objectives & covid-19 guidelines are clearly stated, so
that customers are aware of our policy prior to collection.
- Our message to customers is as follows:
Please read our Collection Policy -
- Collections times MUST BE scheduled prior to collection.
- Photo ID is mandatory for ALL collections of alcoholic products.
- Products containing alcohol MUST NOT be consumed within our premises.
- Due to Covid-19 guidelines, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
- Please be mindful of pedestrians when parking outside of our property, as this is a residential area.

b) The prevention of crime and disorder
- Collection times are pre-arranged by phone, to minimize the possibility of too many people collecting the gift boxes at the
same time.
- Payment is taken at time of booking, to avoid any disagreement about pricing & minimize the time spent at our property.
- The products are designed to be collected and used as gifts. They will NOT be consumed within our property.
c) Public safety
- Covid-19 measures have been taken to minimize the amount of people at the property at one time, by having a scheduled
appointment for collection.
- Customer are advised to wear masks when they turn up for collections.
- Products are safely packaged to make sure no alcohol will be remove from the gift boxes at our premises.
- The items are not sold for consumption within the property. They are purchased as gifts to be taken away.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
- As previously stated, the items are put together in a secure way, prepaid before collection and collected at an arranged
time, ready to be taken away for gift purposes. We feel that this minimize the risk of public nuisance.
- Items are sold to adults only. Photo ID is required for all collections containing alcohol.
e) The protection of children from harm
- Children will not be handling these items.
- Collections by adults ONLY and by appointment.
- Photo identification will be required upon all collections containing alcohol. Items will not be released without ID. - All bottles will be stored in a dedicated and locked storage area, allocated near the kitchen and away from children. - Stock is kept to a maximum of fifty 20cl bottles at one time. During peak seasons, these might increase by 20%.
