What the licence permits

Mon to Sat 09:00-19:00, Sun 09:00-13:00, other: During Christmas Season, Valentines & Mother's Day, I would like to be able to offer all day Sunday collections.
Licence conditions (32)
  1. a) General – all four licensing objectives (b,c,d,e)
  2. List here steps you will take to promote all four licensing objectives together.
  3. - A dedicated message containing our Collection Policy will be sent to customers at time of confirmation of booking.
  4. - This message will ensure that the points raised in the four licensing objectives & covid-19 guidelines are clearly stated, so
  5. that customers are aware of our policy prior to collection.
  6. - Our message to customers is as follows:
  7. Please read our Collection Policy -
  8. - Collections times MUST BE scheduled prior to collection.
  9. - Photo ID is mandatory for ALL collections of alcoholic products.
  10. - Products containing alcohol MUST NOT be consumed within our premises.
  11. - Due to Covid-19 guidelines, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
  12. - Please be mindful of pedestrians when parking outside of our property, as this is a residential area.
  13. Thank you for your booking!
  14. b) The prevention of crime and disorder
  15. - Collection times are pre-arranged by phone, to minimize the possibility of too many people collecting the gift boxes at the
  16. same time.
  17. - Payment is taken at time of booking, to avoid any disagreement about pricing & minimize the time spent at our property.
  18. - The products are designed to be collected and used as gifts. They will NOT be consumed within our property.
  19. c) Public safety
  20. - Covid-19 measures have been taken to minimize the amount of people at the property at one time, by having a scheduled
  21. appointment for collection.
  22. - Customer are advised to wear masks when they turn up for collections.
  23. - Products are safely packaged to make sure no alcohol will be remove from the gift boxes at our premises.
  24. - The items are not sold for consumption within the property. They are purchased as gifts to be taken away.
  25. d) The prevention of public nuisance
  26. - As previously stated, the items are put together in a secure way, prepaid before collection and collected at an arranged
  27. time, ready to be taken away for gift purposes. We feel that this minimize the risk of public nuisance.
  28. - Items are sold to adults only. Photo ID is required for all collections containing alcohol.
  29. e) The protection of children from harm
  30. - Children will not be handling these items.
  31. - Collections by adults ONLY and by appointment.
  32. - Photo identification will be required upon all collections containing alcohol. Items will not be released without ID. - All bottles will be stored in a dedicated and locked storage area, allocated near the kitchen and away from children. - Stock is kept to a maximum of fifty 20cl bottles at one time. During peak seasons, these might increase by 20%.
