Live or Recorded Music external to the premises should cease at 10:30 p.m.
In the instance of a licensable activity that has not been invite only Energus will have 1 x SIA security staff for every 100 guests on duty.
All licensable activity events that have been invite only will have Energus staff members on site until after the last guest leaves and a manned guard present until the end of the event.
A CCTV system installed and in operation 24 hours, 7 days per week, covering the internal areas including the front entrance/exit doors and the immediate external front area, the main hall, bar and café to record and retain images for a minimum of 28 days.
Images must be supplied to the responsible authority on request e.g. Police, Fire Service or Local Authority.
At least one current member of staff must be trained and able to operate the CCTV system in order to deal efficiently with any CCTV requests from any responsible authority.
Energus Safeguarding Policy to be kept on site and accessible when requested by responsible authorities.
