Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by the management committee
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions Crime and Disorder The Licensee will ensure that all events organised by the village hall management committee are through ticket sales only and there will be a 'no entry on the door' policy. Public Safety The Licensee will check and maintain the fire alarm system. The Licensee will check and maintain the emergency lighting system. Prevention of Public Nuisance The Licensee will only pwermit the hall to be used for 18th and 21st birthday parties where the parents of the birthday person are known to a member of the village hall management committee. Protection of children from harm The Licensee will ensure that where there is a hire for a children's party, parents will be present to supervise the children.
