For the area regulated for the sale and supply of alcohol off the premises only - namely The Gift Shop
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the following hours: 10.30 hrs to 18.00 hrs every day of the week.
The above restriction does not prohibit: during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel; the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; General conditions - Prevention of crime and disorder
The welcome centre gift shop and pop-up camp site shop are in highly controlled areas, and there will be staff in residence on the wider site 24/7. Public safety
The Licensee shall test the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems in the area licensed for regulated entertainment in the month preceding any function or event to take place in that area to ensure that they operate sufficiently.
Concerning the welcome centre/gift shop and pop up camp site shop all fire alarms and emergency lighting systems will be checked and maintained regularly, and records shall be kept.
All necessary risk assessments shall be undertaken. Prevention of public nuisance
The amplification or broadcast of music, speech or sound shall not be permitted externally (i.e. outside the buildings on site) or within and the Open Sided Cart Shed on more than ten occasions per year and shall be restricted to these ten occasions to only occur between 10:00 hours and 18:00 hours on Weekdays and Sundays including Bank Holidays and 09:00 hours and 18:00 hours on Saturdays.
The amplification or broadcast of music, speech or sound shall be permitted within: The Farmers Market Barn, The Black Barn, The Refreshment Room, The Conference Room between 09:00 hours and 23:00 hours except for New Year where it may continue until 12.30 am New Years Day.
The volume of the amplification system used for any musical entertainment or public address system shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundary of nearby residential properties.
There will be staff on site to monitor any public nuisance issues. Protection of children from harm
Adequate procedures will be in place to ensure that sales of alcohol are only made to people over the age of 18 years.
