General Conditions Regular staff meetings will be held in order to keep up to date with all regulations and operational commitments Prevention of Crime and Disorder The licensee will be an active member of Nightsafe An incident book will be kept at the premises Public Safety All staff will be given a Fire procedure lecture and walk around the building regarding staff and the public in the event of a fire. First aid equipment will be kept on the premises Fire equipment will be kept up to date A written fire procedure will be on display for all staff to adhere to. Prevention of Public Nuisance Responsible trained staff will be on the premises Noise from Regulated Entertainment
The volume of any amplification system used in conjunction with any regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at nearby residential properties.
During all regulated entertainment, a responsible person shall monitor the noise levels outside the building and immediately implement any changes necessary;  to ensure noise levels remain non-intrusive at nearby residential properties,  in accordance with any request made by an authorised officer of the Council. Any such changes in noise levels shall be maintained at the reduced level for the period of the regulated entertainment. Music outside the Premises
No ‘amplified’ regulated musical entertainment shall be played outside the premises or within any tent, marquee or similar structure within the boundary of the premises after 19:00 hours, in the evening. Indoor Music Events
The windows to any function room used for the playing of music shall be kept closed when regulated musical entertainment (other than background music) is taking place.
The external doors to any function room used for the playing of music shall be kept firmly closed when regulated musical entertainment (other than background music) is taking place.
In the event that additional ventilation is necessary to any of the function rooms, a detailed scheme shall be submitted to the Environmental Protection Section and only an approved scheme shall be fitted. Protection of children from harm Fires will be guarded at all times Children highchairs will be of a good standard and will meet EU regulations
