Licence conditions (19)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol and the requirement for a designated premises supervisor has been disapplied, the licence must include the following conditions:
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by the management committee.
Persons hiring the Hall will agree to accept the conditions set out in the Village Halls Hire Agreement.
The licenced premises will be open to ingress and inspection by an officer from the local licensing authority, the police or any other responsible authority. Prevention of crime and disorder
Any alcohol remaining after an event will be stored in a secure locked cupboard.
The licence holder always reserves the right to ask people to leave the premises if deemed necessary. Public safety
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the appropriate fire safety, and health and safety regulations are applied at the premises. All emergency systems will be maintained and regularly inspected in accordance with regulations.
All parts of the premises and all fittings and apparatus therein, door fastenings and notices, lighting, heating, electrical, air condition, sanitary accommodation, and other installations, will always be maintained in good order and in a safe condition.
The licence holder will ensure that emergency procedures are given to all regular users of the Hall and to persons hiring the Hall.
The licence holder will ensure that the public liability insurance is renewed annually.
No vehicles or equipment will be allowed to restrict emergency exits or access by emergency services.
All parts of the premises and the external escape routes to which the public have access shall be suitably always illuminated in the absence of adequate daylight when members of the public are present.
Efficient and adequate means of ventilation shall be available during the whole time the public are on the licenced premises.
An adequate properly equipped and maintained first aid kit shall be always available at the premises when the public are present. Prevention of public nuisance
The licence holder will ensure litter and recycling is properly disposed of.
The licence holder shall ensure that the noise level emanating from the premises remains at a reasonable level. Protection of children from harm
Proof of age will be required for any person seeking to obtain or consume alcohol on the premises who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
Hirers of the hall must ensure children under 16 years of age are supervised by a responsible adult.
Age guidelines for any entertainment and cultural activities will be always adhered to.
