General - Prevention of crime and disorder Staff members will monitor visitors and the premises for any kind of disorder or criminal activity. The entrance gates will be padlocked shut at the end of the evening and there will be CCTV located at the gates. Signs will be displayed informing people that there is CCTV in operation. Public safety The licence holder shall ensure that all the necessary risk assessments, certificates, and insurances that are required, are obtained and maintained. Prevention of public nuisance The licence holder shall consider the interests of local residents and ensure sure no loud music or noise will be heard morning, afternoon, or night. The licence holder shall ensure that all visitors will be informed via email, tickets and signs on the entrance and exit to respect the local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. Protection of children from harm All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years when attending our events.
