Staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003
Management shall be present in all public areas observing and controlling the safe sale of alcohol.
CCTV shall be installed and notices shall be displayed advertising customers that CCTV is in operation whilst the premises is trading.
All Staff shall receive appropriate training with regard emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
A Challenge 25 policy shall be implemented to prevent under age sales and the only forms of ID will be PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence.
All staff shall be trained in the sale of alcohol procedures and the effects and consequences of under age sales. Refresher training shall take place on a regular basis.
