- Staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003
- Management shall be present in all public areas observing and controlling the safe sale of alcohol.
- CCTV shall be installed and notices shall be displayed advertising customers that CCTV is in operation whilst the premises is trading.
- All Staff shall receive appropriate training with regard emergency and general safety precautions and procedures.
- An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
- A Challenge 25 policy shall be implemented to prevent under age sales and the only forms of ID will be PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence.
- All staff shall be trained in the sale of alcohol procedures and the effects and consequences of under age sales. Refresher training shall take place on a regular basis.
