  1. The Hire Agreement signed by all hirers Gives full instructions regarding the following: Consumption of alcohol, capacity of the hall, health and safety - familiarisation with the Hall Healthy and Safety manual, health and hygiene and ensuring noise is kept to a minimum out of respect to local residents.
  2. No inflatable items such as bouncy castles are allowed in the hall.
  3. Conditions agreed with Environmental Protection team.
  4. A representative of the Village Hall Management will be present from 7pm to close during live and recorded music regulated entertainment on Sundays to provide a contact point for residents if they have any complaints and to control and limit the noise as necessary.
  5. The Village Hall Management will advertise and distribute a contact telephone number to residents in the immediate locality.
