Licence conditions (24)

Alcohol shall only be sold or supplied to members of Crayford Arrows Sports Club, including associate Members, their bona fide guest and persons attending a pre-booked function.
The premises shall operate a "Challenge 25" policy. This means that all persons attempting to purchase alcohol, or seen to be consuming alcohol, who appear to be under 25 years of age shall be required to provide acceptable ID to prove their age. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: a a proof of age card bearing the ?PASS? hologram logo; b. a passport; or c. UK photo driving licence.
A challenge book, or similar record, a version of which must be in English, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a customer has been challenged. This book or other form of record, shall be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
No entertainment of an adult style or nature shall be provided at the premises.
Signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position inside and outside of the premises, warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol for, or on behalf of, persons under 18 years of age.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall, on induction and at least every six months thereafter, receive training on: ? operation of the "Challenge 25" scheme; ? types of acceptable ID; ? method of recording challenges; ? likely consequence of making an underage sale; ? refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk; and ? proxy sales Staff training shall be recorded and such records shall, a version of which must be in English, shall be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
Signage will be displayed in a clear and prominent position informing patrons that no alcohol or glass shall be taken beyond designated points at each end of the terrace.
A dedicated telephone shall be kept behind the bar at all times, the number of which shall be provided to local residents. This is to facilitate residents being able to immediately contact the Club should they have any concerns.
The CCTV system monitoring the external patio area of the premises shall: ? be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; ? make and retain clear images; and ? show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
A monitor shall be located behind the bar area, which shall show real time images of the patio area.
All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and the original image, or copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
The original CCTV image, or a copy, shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV system is inoperative for any reason.
No 18th birthday parties shall be allowed at the premises.
On match days a ?tea bar?, which is entirely separate from the alcohol bar, shall be open to allow children to purchase soft drinks and snacks.
Staff working in the ?tea bar? shall have direct line of sight to the Club House so as to assist the Club Official and bar staff in monitoring any unaccompanied children.
All drinks shall be served in toughened glass or shatter proof containers. This will necessitate and decanting of glass bottles into toughened glass or shatter proof containers as and when necessary.

At least one of the three CCTV cameras that cover the outside of the premises shall cover the top of the stairs down from the terraced area and one shall cover the main entrance to the Club House
A CCTV camera shall be positioned within the area marked on the plan attached as Annex 4 of the licence known as "Social area" inside the premises at the opposite end of the room to the bar so that it covers the inside of the Social area.
At any time that alcohol is being sold in the premises a designated officer of the Club shall be located in the Club House to monitor any children. (CONDITIONS 1 TO 4 ABOVE WERE IMPOSED BY THE LICENSING SUB COMMITTEE ON 24 MAY 2011)
The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley.
