Licence conditions (24)

Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are, or are suspected of being intoxicated.
A CCTV system will be installed to a standard approved by the police as soon as reasonably practicable. The system will have a recording facility and recordings shall be retained for a minimum period of 31 days and made available to police officers or officers of the Licensing Authority upon request.
Public Safety:-
Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment or material must be supplied and made available at all times where the premises is open to the public or when staff are occupying the premises.
Any beverages supplied to the public shall be supplied only in plastic containers or containersconstructed from toughened/shatterproof glass.
All Fire Fighting equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times.
Public Nuisance:-
The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:
All doors and windows shall be closed during musical activities.
The number of live activities shall be limited to 20 events per calendar year.
All music activities shall take place indoors only.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21.00 and 10.00.
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas and car park, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly, whether by car or on foot.
Protection of Children from Harm
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a:-
'New type' driving licence with photograph.
Valid UK Passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
Telephone numbers for taxi and private hire firms shall be available on the premises to assist patrons in departing in an appropriate manner
