The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley
The use of the beer garden at the premises will cease at 23:00; and
Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties.
