The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Think 25" scheme. Signage advising the public of this scheme shall be clearly displayed at the front entrance of the store, at all alcohol displays and all till points.
The premises shall display posters in prominent positions, relating to information on the sale of alcohol, if provided by either the Police or Responsible Authorities.
Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority and Police.
The only acceptable ID shall be a: o a proof of age card bearing the "PASS" hologram logo; o passport; o photo driving licence; o national ID card; or o other ID with consent from the Licensing Authority.
Ordinarily, at all times when the premises operate in accordance with this Licence CCTV cameras shall: be operational; be kept in good working order; and show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days for use by the Licensing Authority or Authorised Person.
A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities, including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
The need for door security staff will be assessed by the Licence holder or Designated Premises Supervisor in conjunction with the Police on a regular basis and door staff shall be employed when and where the risk assessment deems this appropriate.
One CCTV camera will be installed covering the rear of the premises which shall be placed following a risk assessment to identify the best location.
