The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include both inside and outside of the premises; and c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
All CCTV shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
The original CCTV images or a copy shall be provided to any police officer or community support officer or authorised person within 72 hours of a request.
An incident book or other form of record, a version of which shall be kept in English, is to be kept on the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances of the following: a) any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises.
This book, or record, shall be kept on the premises at all times they are open and shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any Police or Community Support Officer or authorised person. Management shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it.
Clear and legible signage providing a contact telephone number for neighbours to ring should be on display at all times the premises are open should they wish to make a complaint or raise any concerns they have regarding the operation of the premises.
Clear and legible signs shall be displayed at the entrance and within the premises asking customers to enter and leave quietly and not to congregate outside the premises so as to not to disturb residents.
A "clear glazing" policy above 1.5 metres measured from the internal floor level shall be kept at the premises so that staff will have an unobstructed view of the outside of the premises. The only exception to this shall be the display of notices required by law and any required as a condition of this licence.
All rubbish outside the premises which has resulted from purchases at these premises shall be cleared up at the end of each day.
