Licence conditions (23)

No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises that are or are suspected to be under the influence of, or in possession of, any illegal/illicit substance.
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises that are or are suspected of being intoxicated.
All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety.
The manager, DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises / club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises / club shall upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises / club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a:
Connexions card - as promoted by Kent Trading Standards and Kent Police.

Valid UK passport
Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under adult supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
The manager / DPS, chairman or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch Scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspections upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
When the premises are open to the public, there shall be an adequate number of staff on duty to ensure the care and safety of all persons on the premises. The numbers of staff on duty shall be disclosed to a member of the Licensing Authority or local Police Authority.
Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliance testes are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
All outside areas are to be cleared of waste or litter regularly and disposed of in suitable waste containers.
The Proprietor, manager, designated premises supervisor or other responsible person shall ensure that any deliveries are made during hours that will not cause nuisance to local residents or persons in the area.
Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden / outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
There must be suitable and adequate ventilation and extraction systems in place and operational at all times the premises is in use.
Ventilation and extraction systems shall be directed in a manner that will not cause nuisance, through noise or odour, to any persons living or working nearby.
Amusement with Prizes machines shall be situated where they can be observed by staff at all times the premises is open to the public.
Children are to be allowed on the premises between the hours of 12.00 and 14.00 and 19.00 and 21.00. Children may only enter the dining area and beer garden during these hours and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
