Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act (Justices 'On' Licence + Supper Hours Certificate + Special Hours Certificate)Conditions carried over from the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982: This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the above Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.Additional Conditions1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: Forester Room - 80; The Marquee - 150; The Arts Bar (Formerly Known As The Lounge & Bar) - 120; The Arts Grill (Formerly Known As The Cumberland Room) - 100; Ostlers; The Garden Room.3) Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Pollution Team, even without prior notice.4) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.This is a variation to the annual public entertainment licence issued to the above premises and applies in conjunction with that licence, its terms, conditions and restrictions.
