The licence holder shall regularly train staff in the responsible sale of alcohol and these training records will be kept on the premises and will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request.

CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand. Public safety
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the appropriate fire safety, and health and safety regulations are applied at the premises.

There will be table service, which will maintain a continuous staff presence to assist in any nuisance that may occur from customers.

Children are allowed within the shop and shall be encouraged to be seated. It is expected that accompanying adults will supervise them. Staff shall also monitor the seating area to ensure this is the case.
