Licence conditions (17)

Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means: a. On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. b. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises. General Conditions
The premises licence is limited to the ground and first floor areas to trade as Tenpin together as a family entertainment centre with the prime emphasis on bowling.
Management are well aware of all of their responsibilities in respect of current legislation.
All staff shall be fully trained, both initially and on an on-going basis, to the standards required for current legislation, including training in the preparation in the various risk assessments which are necessary for the operation of a large unit such as this. Crime and Disorder
CCTV will be installed and maintained after consultation with the police and will operate during all the hours of trading.
Notices will be displayed that CCTV is operational.
The CCTV images will be maintained for 31 days and will be available to the Responsible Authorities upon request.
Challenge 21 will be in operation.
All staff who work behind the bar will be fully trained to ensure that no person who is drunk or disorderly or who is under the age of 18 is served with intoxicating liquor.
Only photographic driving licence, passport, pass cards, military ID cards or other ID approved by the police, will be used as evidence to confirm the age of anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 years. Public Safety
All staff will be trained in their core job roles and in accordance with the staff training programme.
Staff will receive mandatory training in basic health and safety, food hygiene and first aid. In addition, Managers will be required to complete the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The management are committed to being an asset to the local community and will regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality. Protection of children from Harm
No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours in accordance with the company policy.
Staff will continue to have rigorous training about preventing the sales of alcohol to underage persons and there will be a strong policy requiring photographic identification from any person who appears to be under 18 years old.
