  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  2. All employees shall be given appropriate instruction, training and supervision and must be familiar with all current operational policies related to the four licensing objectives.
  3. CCTV shall be installed and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
  4. All spirits shall be located behind the counter area.
  5. The store frontage shall be protected by security shutters.
  6. Public Safety
  7. Panic buttons shall be available on till points.
  8. Public Nuisance
  9. Suitable and adequate training shall be given to members of staff to deter the congregation of any persons outside the premises.
  10. Protection of Children from Harm
  11. A 'Challenge 21' policy must be adopted and all persons entering or attempting to enter the premises must be subject to it.
  12. Anyone who appears to be under 21 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
