No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to pack up alcohol for postage.4. The Premises Licence Holder shall be permitted to undertake the delivery of goods including alcohol by a third-party delivery company. 5. The premises shall operate in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme. The scheme operates on the basis that an age verification system must be used before allowing potential customers access to the website. At the point of delivery any person who appears under 25 years of age will be asked for a valid form of identification. This challenge will be made by the person making the delivery. The only acceptable forms of valid ID are a: proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; passport; or UK photo driving licence, Military ID and any other locally or nationally approved form of identification.6 . The licence holder must maintain a refusals log which is available for inspection on request by a Police officer or authorised officer of Colchester City Council.
