The trade has been established in both Colchester town and more latterly in Gosbecks Road, Colchester for many years without issue and relates to the sale,distributing and tasting of fine wines and spirits, conducted by professional wine merchants with a 160 year history in the Colchester area. Our staff are experienced and our customer base presents a neglible and virtually non existent, risk to any breach of Licensing Regulations. This application arises from a simple transfer of premises.,.
We do not anticipate any issues but as a responsible company will intend to install adequate Security measures.,.
We abide by and constantly consider all H & S guidelines in respect of public safety which is paramount to our operation.,.
The premises are remote from habitation and enclosed with no ambient noise pollution thus we do not anticipate any issues which could constitute a public nuisance.,.
