Licence conditions (16)

CCTV shall be installed and maintained in good working order at all times the premises is being used for Licensable Activities.
Any CCTV shall provide coverage of all public areas inside the premises.
Recorded images shall be kept for a minimum of 31 days and provided upon request from a Police Officer or Officer of the Licensing Authority.
Signage will be displayed advising customers that CCTV is in operation.
A 'Challenge 25' policy will be in place where persons attempting to purchase alcohol and who appears to be under the age of 25 years is required to provide photographic ID to prove their age.
A valid UK passport, UK Driving Licence or PASS card is the only photographic ID that will be accepted as proof of age.
No alcohol will be sold to anyone who cannot provide proof of age.
Alcohol will only be displayed behind the counter.
All staff will be trained in with regard to the sale of alcohol. Any training will be recorded and shown to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards officer upon request.
There shall be no performances of music or recorded sound in the premises.
A refusals book will be kept and completed after any refusal to sell alcohol. The book will show the following information:-
The date and time of refusal
The item refused
The name or description of the person refused
The reason for refusal
Anti slip mats will be in place in public areas.
