Prevention of Crime and Disorder: -
Any persons suspected of being under the age of 18 years of age shall be required to produce a recognised proof of age Proof of age may be illustrated by a:- Connexions card - as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police. 'New type' driving licence with photograph. Valid UK Passport Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
Any persons suspected of being under the influence of illicit drugs shall be refused entry or if already on the premises, requested to leave Public Safety: -
Electrical appliances shall be tested at least once per calendar year
Gas appliances shall be tested by a CORGI approved tester at least once per calendar year
A fire risk assessment shall be carried out and all fire safety equipment will be maintained in good working order
Notices shall be displayed in a prominent position on the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly
Other than in respect of off sales, no glasses or bottles shall be removed from the premises by customers
Outside areas shall be kept clean and tidy and all litter bins emptied regularly Public Nuisance:-
All doors and windows will be kept closed after 21.00hrs when regulated entertainment is taking place, except for access and egress and in cases of emergency. The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is discernible inside a noise sensitive dwelling.
