The Premises comprises a building 2 floors plus a roof terrace providing facilities for provision of food, non-alcoholic and alcohol beverages and facilities for events.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV will be installed and maintained at the premises and kept for a minimum of 28 days and images made available on reasonable request to the police or other authorised officers.
All staff will receive relevant training.
The upper level and roof terrace will be supervised after 19:00 hours.
On the roof terrace, alcohol will only be served to customers seated at tables.
Sales of alcohol to customers for consumption away from the licensed premises, but still within the grounds of the site, will be restricted to the rear patio area of the premises. This will not affect customers wishing to buy alcohol and take the alcohol off the premises completely.
A record with details of any event held after 21.00 hours will be kept on site and available for inspection by the Licensing Authority, Police and Environmental Health Officers.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
No music will be provided in the Upper Level Terrace and Roof Terrace Area.
Deliveries will take place after 09:00 hours and before 18:00 hours.

Waste collection will take place after 09:00 hours and before 18:00 hours.
Notices are to be displayed requesting customers to be quite and considerate when leaving the premises.
All lighting shall be designed to limit sky blue and minimise visual impact on neighbours.
All lighting shall be switched off when the premises is not in use.
The Protection of Children from Harm.
