MC1 - The supply of alcohol
MC0101 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
(a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
MC2 - Exhibition of films
MC0202 - Where -
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
In this section -
"children" means person aged under 18; and
The maximum number of persons to be seated during public entertainments shall be: 120
The hirer shall flameproof the scenery.
The front entrance door and internal lobby door should remain closed at all times during the type of entertainment mentioned above
Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Arrangements must be put in place to ensure that waste collection contractors do not collect refuse between xx.xx and yy.yy.
Any entertainment to be located in the main hall area, with speakers facing into the building.
