CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the Police that complies with the CCTV Code of Practice (2008 edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered.
The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
CCTV shall be operational at all times that members of the public and or staff are on the premises.
Images will be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by what ever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
Staff will be fully trained in the CCTV system and there will be at least one member of staff on duty during trading hours who is able to provide a recording of any incident at the request of Police or Local Authority.
A personal licence holder will be present at all times that the premises are trading for the sale of alcohol.
The premises will become members of the Maidsafe radio system and that radio system will be monitored at all times that the premises are trading for the sale of alcohol.
All staff will be fully trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act and the training will be fully auditable and available to any responsible authority on request.
The premises will implement the "Challenge 25" policy and appropriate signage will be displayed in the shop including by the till and on the door.
A written refusals book will be kept at the premises and all staff fully trained in it's use. The book will be bound and clearly marked. The following information will be recorded in this book:-

The refusal book will be made available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
The supervisor on duty will countersign all entries in the refusals book.
The area outside the premises shall be cleared of any rubbish or bottles throughout the trading period.
The premises shall be adequately ventilated.
The licence holder, manager or other responsible person will ensure that the premises is a member of NiteNet.
The manager/licence holder, or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
Incidents of anti social behaviour and/or crime and disorder are to be reported to the Police.
Any litter originating from the premises dropped or discarded in the vicinity/outside the premises shall be retrieved and disposed of correctly by a member of staff to prevent nuisance.
Suitable and adequate training shall be given to members of staff to deter the excessive congregation of any persons inside or outside the premises.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
